Description: 了解采用计算言语清晰度指数(speech intelligibility index,SI1)实现降噪的新型计算方法 的可行性。方法通过实验室客观测试,比较不同听力损失程度和噪声强度下,开启sll降噪功能的助听器与 传统降噪设置的助听器在频阈和时阈方面输出的不同。结果sll降噪计算有别于助听器的传统降噪,运用该种 降噪方法的助听器其输出增益与使用者的听力损失程度和所处环境噪声强度密切相关,即在噪声强度相同的环 境中,听力损失程度越重,助听器输出增益的减少将越少;并且sll计算方法对环境噪声有较高的敏感度。结 论采用sll计算方法所设计的助听器降噪系统,可根据使用者的听力损失程度以及环境噪声的差异,适时地 调整降噪参数,以保证助听器的参数设置在满足使用者对于增益需求的同时兼具良好的降噪效果。-Objective To understand the rationale of implementing noise attenuation strategy using speech intelligibility index(SII).Methods 0bjective measures were employed to compare the outputs in time and frequency domain at different hearing loss levels and noise intensities for hearing aids with Sll noise reduction and those with traditional noise reduction technologies.Results W ith Sll algorithm ,the more severe the hearing loss,the less the gain was reduced;the higher the noise levels,the more the gain reduction occured.Conclusion The hearing aids with SI I can adjust noise reduction levels acco~ing to the degree of hearing loss and environmental noise.This will ensure the efective noise reduction and meet the gain demand of users
